5 These foods prevent hair from growing



Each person has about 100,000 hair. Each hair lives about 6 years, dies and falls. An average person loses about 60 hairs a day in autumn, spring 45 and 20-25 in winter and summer. To avoid accelerate this natural fall, you probably know the importance of foods rich in vitamins B and E. But you might not know that there are foods that prevent hair from growing. Here they are.

Mercury is especially emitted by human activities such as mining, pulp and paper processing, or waste combustion. It is widely distributed in terrestrial and marine ecosystems, and that, to Antarctica! So, some fish contain high levels of mercury, and it is these fish that can cause hair loss. The swordfish and mackerel are known for their higher mercury levels and some tuna species. However, canned tuna, salmon and shrimp have low mercury levels.

If you tend to drink to excess turns, you may even lose hair. Better to follow the WHO guidelines which recommends to not exceed over two drinks per day for women and three for men, with at least one alcohol-free day a week.
